Responsible for managing and supervising work on-site to ensure it follows the established plan and adheres to the highest standards of quality, safety, and legal compliance.
Oversee and inspect the quality of work performed on-site to ensure it meets the specifications and standards outlined in the plans.
Control and manage the on-site team, including directing and supervising contractors and employees to work efficiently.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, project owners, and other relevant parties to ensure the successful completion of the project and its handover.
Ensure the project proceeds according to the set plan and resources are used efficiently, including time, materials, and labor.
Manage the project's budget to ensure it aligns with the company's financial expectations.
Control and monitor work to comply with safety and health regulations on-site.
Prepare progress reports during construction and update clients, management, and other stakeholders.
Address client inquiries regarding project progress and details effectively to ensure client satisfaction and build trust.
Resolve issues that arise during project execution on-site by making quick and effective decisions.
Control the procurement of materials and equipment to meet quality specifications and be delivered on time.
Inspect and manage project-related documents, such as work orders, inspection reports, and other construction-related paperwork.
Summarize project data upon completion, including performance reports, encountered problems and solutions, and the overall project evaluation for future planning.
Age: 25-35 years old
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience
Skills: Knowledge and understanding of construction work, along with strong team management skills
Computer Skills: Proficiency in relevant computer software such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and other necessary programs for the job
