- Collecting sales forecasts for existing products and collaborate with internal SCM.

- Implementing sales performance across sales channels.

- Monitoring sales performance across sales channels.
6. Promotions
- Executing promotional activities with customers based on sales strategies.
7. Truble and complaint handling
- Collaborating with internal sections to devise solutions for troubles and customer complaints and report back to customers.
8. Training and Guidance
- Educating and coaching sales staff to achieve strong sales performance.
9. Others (Report sales result to HQ, clients. MOE registration, DOEB. Customer satisfaction surveys).
