-Increase sales volume by building and nurturing relationships with both current and potential customers.
-Oversee the complete sales process, from identifying prospective clients to finalizing agreements.
-Prepare and manage all necessary documentation required by clients.
-Deliver exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Regularly communicate with clients under your responsibility to understand and meet their needs.
-Address customer complaints and resolve challenges to maintain high customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation.
-Conduct negotiations, draft agreements, and maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and customer data.
-Keep management informed by preparing and updating regular reports.
-Be willing and available to travel up-country as needed.
-Focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Maintain a results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
-Previous experience in Heavy Lifting, Crawler Crane or Industrial Construction is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Proficiency in English or Chinese is essential.
-Familiarity with market dynamics, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques.
-Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
-Energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic with a positive "can-do" mindset.
-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
-Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
-Skilled in using MS Office applications.
-Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
