- - Consult technical Google Maps Platform and MapTIST for recommend suitable solutions to customers in the sales process to meet the business and technical needs of customers
- Conduct demonstration, workshop, and PoC in overview product, business use case and technical configuration to customers in the sales process.
- Assess the scope of work and price evaluation of Google Maps Platform and MapTIST in the field of technically to be forwarded to the sales team.
- Prepare project proposal documents to specify the scope of work and deliverables for ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
- Course Training or Introducing how to use the Google Maps Platform and MapTIST
- Recommended and consulting the coding for Google Maps Platform to the customer developer team
- Coordinate with the sales team and post sales team to kickoff after the sale has been closed.
- Participated in organizing seminars online and offline, including writing blog content and video content series about Google Maps Platform and MapTIST with the sales and marketing team.
- Innovate and develop solutions to adapt Google Maps Platform and MapTIST to the context of current and future technology.
- Expand the sales and new solutions of Google Maps Platform and MapTIST together with the sales department.
- Take care of the assigned strategic account to support the use of customers effectively
- Supported the sales department to achieve target
- Assist the post sales team to resolving issues for Google Maps Platform and MapTIST
● Bachelor's degree and above Computer Engineering computer science information technology or related fields
● Work experience of at least 3 years
● Coding skills e.g. Python, Javascript, Node.js, Java or others and understand API specifications and utilize APIs or demos. Developers will receive special consideration.
● Able to understand the requirements of customers quickly and be able to analyze exactly what customers want to the point.
● Able to communicate technical concepts in a way that is easily understandable to business users.
● Excellent communication, comprehension and persuasion skills.
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills
● Likes challenges and regularly learns new knowledge in Cloud & Maps Technology.
● Work as a team and get along well with colleagues. Cooperate in various activities within the company.
● Have a good planner and time manager, have a back-up plan and be flexible.
● Is someone who thinks that they can or develop themselves. to work as written in “Job characteristics and duties” have been successfully completed.
● Able to work well with others in a respectful manner Colleague decisions (respectful to others)
● Good command of English.
● Knowledge of Google Maps Platform, GIS Technology or Maps Products is a plus.
