1 A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
2 Knowledge of industries relevant to the company, such as manufacturing, services, or marketing.
3 Understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes.
4 At least 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or organizational management, with experience in a senior executive role.
5 Knowledge of planning tools and related software, such as ERP, SAP, AX365, Microsoft Project, or data analysis tools.
6 Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
7 Strong skills in managing resources, workforce, and budgets efficiently.
8 Proficiency in English communication.
