- Assist in the implementation, installation, and configuration of ERP systems, POS System
- Support the analysis of customer needs and mapping to ERP functionalities.
- Defining, analyze and mapping the needs of the client’s business
- Help design business process flows and reports.
- Provide training and support to end-users under supervision.
- Prepare the customized specification
- Prepare manual and user training
- Data conversion/migration
- Design alternate options or walk-around solutions if there are application or system limitation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Accounting, Finance or any related fields are also welcome (Graduated in Accounting major will receiving special consideration)
- 0-5 years of experience in ERP & POS System or Consulting (New graduates are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, will be an advantage
- Have experience in implementation and configuration any software package in Accounting, Financial, Distribution (POS/Retail Software Package will be advantageous).
- Knowledge Accounting Information System, MIS, Database structure and programming logic
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn and continual improvement.
