- Lead and develop building operations to efficiently deliver high-quality services.
- Oversee day-to-day management to ensure smooth operations without major risks, provide exceptional customer service and providing safety knowledge to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Supervise security guards, cleaning staff, and ensure the shopping center is maintained with aesthetic appeal
- Age preferably 22-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant field
- At least 1 years of experience in Community Mall
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Supervise security guards, cleaning staff
