- Responsible for effectively, efficiently, and promptly responding to Sales team inquiries, requests, via phone, e-mail, or mail to support the sales administration task.
- Support sales team by managing and coordinating all aspects of sales process.
- Competent in the use of company systems to support in treatment status and sales follow up
- Support Sales team for sales and marketing material preparation
- Meet departmental standards for personal and team performance metrics including, but not limited to, contact volume handled, turnaround time and quality
- Make inbound and outbound call to customers for handling the enquiries
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Logistics or related fields.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Experience background of Sales.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and e-mail
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
