- Control Manufacturing process for sterile product to comply with product specifications and exec
- Train and coach both line leaders and operators to follow strict GMP and improve their skills.
- Provide related documents for production; deviation report, complaint report, BPR, SOP, Wi, investigation report or etc...
- Ensure completeness of validation and qualification of equipment and machine.
- Monitor, provide time and cooperate on implementation of maintenance and calibration of equipment and machine.
- Provide safety equipment and process to address EHS aspect.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science.
- 0-2 years of working experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing in sterile product.
- Leadership and coaching skill.
- Good analytical and problem solving.
- Good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP.
