1. Legal Compliance
Ensure the company's operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including relevant regulatory authority.
Identify potential legal risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
Monitor and assess changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that may impact the company.
Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions.
Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and external legal counsel as needed
Assist in preparing legal reports, policies, and compliance documents.
2. Contract Review & Documentation
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in both Thai and English language.
Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and any legal requirements.
Maintain a well-organized database of legal documents and records.
3. Internal Support & Advisory
Provide legal guidance to various departments on company policies and business transactions.
Conduct legal training sessions for employees to ensure compliance with regulations.
Support HR with labor law compliance and employment-related legal matters.
Support the Business Team in identifying legal loopholes and legal incentives for conducting business or launching new business or opportunities.
4. Litigation Support
Assist in handling or handling disputes, claims, and litigation processes.
Coordinate with external legal counsel on legal proceedings and case management.
Gather and organize necessary documents and evidence for legal cases.
Advise the supervisor on necessary information to mitigate risks or strengthen the case.
Research past judgments and propose them to the supervisor as guidelines for current cases.
- Education & License: LL.B. or higher, Lawyer License, and Certification for verifying signatures in a Public Company Limited
- Experience: 3-5 years in corporate law, commercial law, contract management, or compliance.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, contract, labor, IP law, and regulatory compliance.
- Contract & Negotiation: Excellent legal drafting and contract negotiation skills.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze legal issues and mitigate risks.
- Work Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal research, document management, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF).
- Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in manufacturing or law firms.
- International Exposure: Familiarity with cross-border transactions, complex contracts, and English-language meetings.
