- Leading team to plan, implement sales development strategies, and evaluate programs to seize opportunities to achieve sales volume.
- Develop sales staff by enhancing their knowledge, skills, and capabilities to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships between customers and the company. Providing excellence service with pro-active solutions for all customers
- Update information on promotions, sales support, marketing, and competitors. Provide information, recommendations, and guidance within the team to achieve shared goals.
- Accurately assess sales performance (FC, Landing, Stock) and monitor individual sales staff.
- Develop an action plan to drive sales within the assigned territory, accurately forecast market changes, analyze sales performance factors, and leverage insights to identify business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Dealer Sales; experience in Air Conditioning or Home Appliances is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the business. (Dealer Sales)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven selling and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel and work upcountry; must possess a Thai driving license and own a car.
- Ability to work under pressure with a hardworking and resilient nature.
Package: Base Salary, Fleet Card, Car Maintenance, Mobile Phone + Sim, Commission, Bonus
Working Day/Time: Monday - Friday / 08.00 – 17.00
