📝 Job Description:
The HR Officer is responsible for driving internal communications, organizing employee training and development programs, enhancing employee engagement, managing time attendance data, and handling employee reimbursement documentation. The role aims to foster a positive and efficient work environment while promoting a strong and engaging organizational culture.
📌 Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Internal Communication:
Plan and create internal communication materials such as announcements, event posters, infographics, etc.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective internal information sharing
Maintain internal communication channels (e.g., email, Line OA, intranet) to ensure timely and engaging updates
🔹 Training & Development:
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to assess employee development requirements
Plan, prepare, and coordinate internal and external training sessions
Maintain and update training records and summarize training reports
Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate employee learning outcomes
Liaise with the Department of Skill Development (DSD) for training program certifications and compliance
🔹 Employee Engagement:
Plan and organize activities that promote employee engagement, such as birthday celebrations, team-building events, and special occasions
Conduct employee satisfaction and feedback surveys, and analyze results for continuous improvement in HR practices
Promote company culture through creative events and organizational development programs
🔹 Time Attendance:
Monitor and manage employee attendance records including clock-ins/outs, leave, absences, late arrivals, etc.
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate reporting of attendance and leave data
Ensure all time attendance records are complete and up-to-date
🔹 Employee Reimbursement Documentation:
Prepare and process employee reimbursement documents, including travel expenses, training costs, per diems, etc.
Review and verify supporting documents before submitting to the Finance/Accounting team
Organize and file all reimbursement records systematically for easy tracking and auditing
Salary Range: 15,000-18,000 THB/Month
