Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage the accounts payable process, including the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements related to accounts payable transactions
• Verify and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts, resolving discrepancies as needed
• Maintain accurate records in the general ledger related to accounts payable transactions
• Prepare withholding tax and VAT filing
• Support external auditors during annual audits by providing documentation and explanations related to accounts payable processes and transactions
● Develop and maintain adequate internal controls and procedures related to accounts payable to ensure accuracy and compliance
● Perform any other tasks as assigned
- At least 1 years of proven experience in AP
- Good command of English and able to communicate
- Thai Nationality is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree of related fields
- Experience working in school will be highly considered
- Availability and able to start work on 3rd March 2025.
- To join SBS for Accountant position, security deposit (refundable) 40,000 baht, with a monthly deduction plan of 2,000 baht.
