● Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of student enrollments, working with each school’s admissions team to ensure targets are being met. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
● Collaboration with Admissions Teams: Collaborate with the individual school admissions and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and outreach efforts. Ensure that all teams are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed.
● Lead Generation and Conversion: Work with the marketing team to generate quality leads through targeted campaigns and events. Ensure a smooth and efficient admissions funnel from inquiry to enrollment.
● Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee the use of CRM systems to track leads, applications, and enrollments, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate. Provide insights based on CRM data to inform decisions and strategies.
● Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports for the Senior Leadership Team on admissions progress, trends, and forecasts. Analyze data to provide actionable insights for optimizing the admissions process and meeting targets.
● Admissions Events and Activities: Plan and execute admissions-related events, such as open houses, school tours, and information sessions. Ensure events are well-organized and serve to increase student interest and enrollment.
● Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, parents, faculty, and external partners. Provide exceptional customer service to prospective families throughout the admissions process.
● Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure that all admissions practices are in compliance with local regulations, school policies, and international standards, while maintaining fairness and transparency in the admissions process.
