Business Development Officer - Chinese Speaking (12 months contract)

- Conduct market research in industries like EV and PCB to identify new business opportunities. Use findings to actively drive sales and increase market penetration.
- Initiate contact with potential Chinese customers in targeted industries and convert leads into sales opportunities. Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new business.
- Focus on managing key accounts to drive sales revenue and EBITDA growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the customer base.
- Identify and exploit white spaces and growth opportunities in various industries to increase waste volume and expand service offerings, directly driving revenue growth.
- Provide tailored value-added services, including technical and sophisticated solutions, to meet customer needs and differentiate the company in the market.
- Align with and deliver the company’s business strategies by ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded in the Chinese market.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Chemical, Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in Chinese communication (HSK5 or Native Speaker)
- Strong English Communication (Verbal and Written)
- 0-3 years of experience in Chinese business for coordination, professional selling or services serving customers.
- Experiences in sales coordination, sales management, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across diverse business units or markets is a big plus
- Business Acumen, Strong interpersonal and Presentation skills
