- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to enhance sales channels and expand the customer base.
- Design the sales team structure, recruit, train, and motivate team members to meet sales targets.
- Plan and conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and solving their issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive image for the company and its products.
- Present weekly sales reports to management, including recommendations for sales strategies and exploring new market opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends to ensure products and services meet customer needs.
- Male/Female, Thai nationality, aged 35-45 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in selling construction materials, construction projects, or interior design products
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead an effective team.
- Well-connected in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of ERP systems for project monitoring and sales processes.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with strong management and sales operation capabilities.
- Good command of English for supplier communication.
