Responsible for overall BOI consulting services
* Handle BOI application in various Industries, esp. manufacturing industry
* Handle BOI implementation and operation process for clients
* Make and prepare documents related to BOI
* Take care BOI process when import material and machine that used in production
* Liaison with and visit BOI office for necessary verification
* Report BOI project and situation to clients
* Update and take care of BOI privilege that client should deserve
* Provide BOI related training to clients
* Conduct BOI internal audit or compliance check for clients
* Material stock management (merit)
* Other BOI related tasks as assigned
Bachelor or Master's degree in law or concerned field.
* At least 5 years of experiences or above in BOI.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Excellent in Thai and English communication, especially in written and drafting skills are required (Chinese speaker will be advantage).
* Excellent analytical, drafting, communication and research skills.
* Excellent problem-solving ability.
* Ability to Teamwork, Collaborate Well with others as well as to work individually.
* Holding Lawyer license (If any)
