Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangkok for a Labor Lawyer-Labor Specialist at DTL LAW Office. The Labor Lawyer-Labor Specialist will be responsible for handling labor and employment law matters, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and representing clients in labor-related disputes and negotiations.

• Draft and provide legal advice and recommendation to clients.

• Conduct research and collect evidence appropriate to litigation cases.

• Preparing and handling a wide range of legal issues, including supporting documents.

• Review and negotiation drafts of commercial contracts in both Thai and English languages.

• Advising clients on various legal issues

• Drafting and preparing claims, employment contracts, or other legal documentation

• Negotiating on behalf of clients.

• Representing clients in court/tribunal hearings.

• Working in the best interests of employers and employees.

• Keeping up to date with new developments in employment legislation.

• Clearly understand client requirements and confidently provide practical answers both verbally and in written form to problems whilst ensuring best practice and technical accuracy at all times

คุณสมบัติ

- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Own lawyer license
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and practices
- Experience in handling labor disputes and negotiations
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Thai and English
- Previous experience in a law firm or labor area is a plus
