Case Handling & Strategy Execution
• Execute litigation strategies assigned by the Board of Litigation.
• Conduct deep fact investigations and gather necessary evidence.
• Draft pleadings, motions, demand letters, and legal opinions.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with litigation workflows and deadlines, including statute of limitations and submission deadlines.
• Maintain and update case files and documents on OneDrive for team coordination.
Client & Internal Communication
• Attend client meetings and assist in gathering facts and evidence.
• Provide legal research and support to partners and senior litigators.
• Communicate case progress and legal opinions via WeChat and email.
• Prepare and submit litigation reports and case updates to clients on time.
Review & Compliance
• Ensure all legal documents are reviewed and approved by the Board of Litigation before submission to external parties.
• Follow internal litigation workflows and protocols, including milestone planning and document organization.
• Comply with firm policies on expense management, document control, and attendance tracking.
