BOI & Import Supervisor

• Plan and manage privileges for importing materials, machines, and related items under BOI and EEI.
• Monitor, control and manage imported material stock and machines under BOI, including stock cuts, vendor returns, and BOI model formula submissions.
• Identify alternative solutions to minimize import taxes and extra costs.
• Control and manage scrap processes for materials, machines, spare parts, and molds under BOI and customs law.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external regulatory agencies, customs authorities, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure effective coordination.
• Ensure strict compliance and stay updated with BOI, EEI, and Thai customs laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance to departments on maximizing BOI & EEI benefits.
• Lead and mentor BOI team members, providing guidance on compliance and problem-solving.
• Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in BOI, Import Clearance, or Logistics.
- Good knowledge of BOI, EEI, and Thai customs regulations.
- Good understanding of import processes for machinery and home appliance parts will be an advantage.
