• Develop and execute CRM strategies to acquire and retain members.
• Create personalized consumer journeys to drive loyalty and engagement.
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (LINE, Facebook, TikTok, Open Chat).
• Analyze customer data and behavior to improve targeting and performance.
• Manage TikTok affiliate programs and collaborate with influencers.
• Support promotional and educational campaigns to enhance brand affinity.
• Monitor CRM performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Ensure database accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or consumer engagement.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools, customer lifecycle strategies, and data-driven marketing.
• Experience in managing omni-channel campaigns (e.g., social media, LINE OA, TikTok, Open Chat).
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to derive insights and guide decisions.
• Familiarity with TikTok affiliate programs and influencer management is a plus.
• Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
