IT Support Officer
บริษัท โอโอซีแอล โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด- Provide IT support and maintenance for PCs, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, assisting users with basic technical problems.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets.
- Manage IT procurement and disposal processes.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and manage server rooms.
- Handle routers, switches, UPS, Wi-Fi, and servers.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting.
- Coordinate network maintenance with local vendors and overseas teams.
- Manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Frequently make internal announcements about IT/technical issues.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Proficiency in English is a must, as you will coordinate with our headquarters on a day-to-day basis and handle correspondence.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software installation and configuration.
- Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, UPS, and servers.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in IT support or network management are a plus.
