• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in administrative roles, executive support, or project coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges promptly and effectively.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
