Office Administrator – Food Import & Distribution Company

We are a food import and distribution company specializing in high-quality food products from the UK. Our business is growing, and we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage invoices for customers
• Track and record company expenses
• Liaise with our external accounting team and prepare necessary financial documents on a monthly basis
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure accuracy in reporting
• Support general office administration tasks as needed

Who are we looking for?

• Male or female candidate, preferably between 21 - 40 years old
• Batchelor's Degree in any field
• Proficient in English and Thai (reading and writing) 
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Docs 
• No prior experience is necessary. Recent graduates welcome to apply. 
• Hard working, dedicated, attention to detail. 
• Ability to handle varying workloads and meet deadlines.
