Key Main Responsibilities
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance the productivity, efficiency and competitiveness of the organization.
- Develop and implement adoption strategies and plans for selected technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide training, coaching and support to end-users and managers on how to use and benefit from the adopted technologies.
- Monitor and measure the adoption and usage of the technologies and identify and resolve any issues or barriers.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors and external partners to ensure the smooth integration, security and maintenance of the technologies.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Communicate and promote the value and benefits of the technologies to the organization and external stakeholders.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in technology adoption, change management, project management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge and experience in AI, Microsoft, Microsoft Copilot, Azure, AWS and Microsoft 365, Security technologies and their applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer-facing role on professional services/system.
- Demonstrated relationship building skills that extend to internal team members in pre- and post-sales.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and understand strategy.
- Experience building relationships with clients, or C-level executives or Management Level.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
