• Manage staff to site visit about 20 OAs all Thailand and follow up corrective action if any findings, to ensure that they follow the process of requirements.
• Manage staff to perform Quality Tracking under Collection Team. To coordinate with related team to set corrective action for prevent /reduce error if found any error.
• Be responsible for creating new/revise process and set-up control process for the Quality Tracking.
• Analyst and summarize key drivers related to the work function.
• Prepare and present Quality Tracking summary/analysis report in monthly meeting.
• Supervise, identify problem/concern areas and investigate immediately provided solutions based on escalation process flow.
• Manage and supervise team to conduct the action planning and close looping for quality tracking
• Manage and supervise team to prepare the report as requirement MIS.
• Ensure that team had processes are met with the standard of service quality tracking.
• Motivate team to ensure that their understanding in credit quality control and contribute to the department to minimize loss.
