KEY Responsibility:
• AR collection and follow up AR overdue.
• Perform payment to domestic and oversea vendors.
• Handle cash advance and cash reimbursement.
• Monitor and reconcile daily bank transactions to ensure accurate recording.
• Prepare and e-filing all indirect tax returns to revenue department (PND 3, 53, 54 and PP30, 36).
• Balance sheet reconciliation by monthly basis.
• Maintain business partner master in the company's accounting system.
• Support internal and external auditors.
• Other assignment from supervisor or management.
• Record all accounting transactions into the company's accounting system.
• Thai nationality.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a similar role in manufacturing companies.
• Strong in accounting and tax regulation knowledge.
• Intermediate level of computer literacy (Microsoft office, Word, Excel, PPT)
• Knowledge of ERP system (SAP Business One) is a plus.
• Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data,
• Oracle NetSuite knowledge is an advantage.
• Multitasking, work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytics and reporting skills.
• Able to communicate in English.
