• Oversee daily spa operations, including Onsen and treatments.
• Manage reservations, scheduling, and ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards.
2. Customer Service Excellence
• Deliver high-quality customer service.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
3. Team Management & Training
• Recruit, train, and supervise therapists, front-desk staff, and wellness professionals.
• Evaluate performance and foster teamwork.
4. Sales & Financial Management
• Monitor budgets, sales, and control expenses.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on pricing strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure stock availability.
• Diploma or higher in Spa and Wellness Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Certification from an accredited Spa Manager course is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a hotel spa, onsen, or wellness center will be beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
• Fluent in Thai and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience in spa financial management and report preparation.
