- Oversee workplace safety management, provide expert advice, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Actively engage employees in programs promoting safe work practices
- Ensure all staff operate in a risk-free environment and strictly adhere to safety rules and regulations
- Conduct thorough investigations of workplace incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective measures
- Monitor company compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations
- Provide comprehensive SHE training to employees and other stakeholders
- Prepare reports and recommendations to support continuous improvement in SHE practices
- Perform other duties as assigned related to safety, health, and environmental management
