BROAD SCOPE:
- Customers order management both get order and release order to all LSP
- Follow up job tracking status progress with LSP and report daily to client
- Clear all pending job daily
- Maintain correct information for master in system.
- Support Customers VOC
- Support Sale team for process and operation in case of new project
- Daily Report; Tracking Status, Complaint process update
- Respond customer’s need on LINE Group & Company Internal chat system
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
- Thai Male or Female, age 25-35 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administrator or Relate field.
- At least 1 years of experience in admin staff in Service Centre (Installation)
- Good interpersonal, initiative, service minded and solving skill
- Self-motivation and strong to work under pressure
- Skills of MS Office; Excel (V lookup, Pivot etc.) will be advantage
- Basic command of English skill will be advantage
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years of experience in Admin staff
- Experience in logistics, Warehouse, Delivery, Installation or Last mile delivery
- Mathematical skills and statistical ability required
