-Oversee and maintain the organization’s software, hardware, and network systems to ensure seamless operations.
-Facilitate in-house training sessions to upskill employees on emerging technologies and system updates.
-Deliver technical support services to internal stakeholders and execute resolutions for IT-related challenges efficiently.
-Liaise with external service providers to ensure service quality and issue resolution.
-Collaborate with global IT teams on daily operational activities, providing technical consultation and addressing system issues as they arise.
-Administer and monitor IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and backup solutions, to optimize performance and reliability.
-Evaluate and strengthen data security protocols to safeguard systems against cyber threats and breaches.
-Conduct research and explore innovative technologies to enhance and sustain the organization’s IT ecosystem.
-Manage IT inventory and assets to maintain accurate records and ensure optimal utilization.
-Support the IT Manager in overseeing IT functions, encompassing system planning, deployment, upkeep, and performance monitoring.
-Delegate tasks effectively to IT team members, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with departmental KPIs.
-Assist in strategizing and implementing IT projects, overseeing milestones, and assessing outcomes for continuous improvement.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
-Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in IT operations, including at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
-Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
-Extensive experience in IT support and administration, encompassing IT helpdesk, system management, LAN/WAN operations, or workstation maintenance. Expertise in Microsoft O365 Office Suite, email systems, local area networks, and hardware infrastructure, as well as proficiency in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Networking Systems.
-Strong understanding of network systems, operating environments, and server infrastructure management.
-Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly in Sales and Financial modules, is highly desirable.
-Knowledge of database management and SQL commands, along with web development skills in HTML, PHP, JavaScript, or CMS frameworks, would be an added advantage.
