       One Career Development Program (ONE CPD) was conceptualized to bring talents to board ONE as Liner Business Generalists, where they will learn the intricacies of the business through job relation among different departments and offices globally. Successful candidates are required to be functionally and geographically mobile.

          We are seeking ambitious and dynamic individuals to join our Sales Team. This intensive 3-years program is designed to develop future leaders by providing comprehensive training and exposure across various divisions of our organization. The program offers hands-on experience and opportunities to build a deep understanding of our business operations in Thailand, with the potential to assume key roles in our overseas offices upon successful completion of the program.


Job Description:

1. Contact existing customers and identify their needs as well as opportunities to win relationship with customer in order to maximize revenue and profitability.

2. Generate and search the qualify new accounts, expand, and engage them into ONE customer's base.
3. Be obliged to create periodically report on market situation and competitors’ activities to superiors/GHQ.
4. Handle bidding, freight enquiry, and daily problem.
5. Tighten up the effective relationship and collaborate within organization including GHQ to ensure for the best services that's render to customers.
6. Monitor and follow up outstanding freight and charges including demurrage & detention and claim.
7. Oversee sales activities through well planning to meet and fulfill space allocation and freight earnings required by GHQ.
8. Prepare and coordinate with a/c manager for credit application/facility.
9. Participate on digital platform.



คุณสมบัติ
- Required Willingness to Relocate: Commitment to a 3-year working period in Thailand,
with potential opportunities for overseas placement upon completion. 
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years of working experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and decision-making abilities.
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Language: Proficiency in English.

Business Integration of container shipping by three Japanese shipping companies.

Ocean Network Express was established on July 7, 2017 by the integration of 'K' Line, MOL and NYK.
The Holding company was set up in Japan on July 7th 2017 and simultaneously a business management company was established in Singapore.

Regional headquarters have been established in Hong Kong, Singapore, UK, USA and Brazil and services commenced in April 2018.

Providing a wide service coverage with the 6th largest fleet in the world.

In April 2017, 'K' Line, MOL and NYK, started services as "THE Alliance" with other major shipping companies.

Ocean Network Express will continue to provide services as an alliance member.

In addition to this alliance, we are continuing to further strengthen our services to Asia, Latin America and Africa regions.

We will further expand the number of ports in the future to Asia, North America, Europe, the Mediterranean Sea and the Middle East, also planning to expand our direct service to perform a wide service coverage.

Our fleet size is 1,611,060 TEU which is the 6th largest in the world (as of September 2021). Operations will be performed through a fleet of 220 vessels, including 46 super-large ships, such as the world largest 20,000TEU container-ships, in a service network covering over 106 countries around the world.ONE. It’s our name and our purpose.
